Did the 1000km service and Added wings to my Super Tenere 2016. Getting better in regard to buffeting and noise. Now waiting for my Madstad bracket and Givi Airflow.

I came of a BMW R1200GS 2005 and I had that same system ( Wings, Givi Airflow windshield ) It was the best wind protection I have ever had in regard to silent , no buffeting drive on a motorcycle.

I think my Tenere will be just as good in that regard and MUCH better in many others.

Your right. Im just gonna mod it to fit the madstad :).
You won't have to mod it. Look where the windshield fasteners are. Then look inside of those fasteners and you will see other fasteners for the windshield bracket. That is where the original windshield mounted. Guessing that is where the Madstad will mount. Let us know how it works.

Ys I will let you know for sure :). I´m trying to find out how I can upload photos from my computer ,,,, .

I think I might need to make some fastenere ( the thing in front of the windshield , looks like two metal strips for the screws to go through) It standard on the older bikes but not on the newer bikes because of the new bracked , but it should be easy to make.

These inside the yellow

The actual screen 'stay' is the same on both Gen 1 and Gen 2 bikes, on Gen 2 there is the adjustable bracket that fits onto the stay, this part # (23P-28356-01-00) is the same for both Gen's

I have the touratech adjustable bracket and a givi airflow. Works well enough, but if it wasn't for the accessory bar I'd ditch the touratech bracket (not my choice; came with the bike) and just mount the screen directly. Partly because things'd look simpler and cleaner, and partly because the sodding adjustment thumbscrews keep vibrating loose and coming off...

I was also thinking about the accessory bracket when ordering the madstad and good to have the options , might use the original windscreen when going offroad , highland etc. Then the Madstad will be nice :)
