Well, very nearly. So far I've tried the Yamaha tall, VStream Sport and Tall with and without the Madstad bracket. No joy until today. I dug through my stash and rediscovered two National Cycle Burgman tall windshields I'd bought over a year ago on sale for under $40 each. Turns out the curve of the shield matched perfectly. I spent some time riding in very windy/gusty conditions today and it's way better than anything else I've tried to date.

After comparing pictures of the Burgman 400 and 650 screen, I think you're right -- it's likely from the 400. I bought them to try on a Caponord, but I sold it before I got around to it. I don't have the purchase record and the screen doesn't have a p/n on it. However, it measures 27 1/2 inches tall and 21 1/2 inches wide across the lower "ears" and about 20 1/2 on the upper "ear" mounts. If that's any help. If not, I can take a picture of the second screen by itself so you can better see it's shape. I just positioned the screen over the Madstad mount and marked the location of the wellnuts with a Sharpie.

Thanks I bought the parabellum 24 inch and really like it but have access to a used Burgman and silverwing screen so I thought I might do this as well but I have stock windshield holder on my S10 it would be nice for a nice frontal shot to see ow it is in relevance to the up and down over the headlights. Thanks again

I did the same a year and a half ago, when National Cycle was blowing out old stock at $27-$28 per windshield. They were made for the Burgman 400 and here's how I cut mine with repsect to the stock Super Tenere shield. I'm 6' with 32" inseam and had to trim both the top and bottom.

A belt sander was used to take the sides in a bit for the handlebars to clear when parked.

IT was a great shield till a piece of truck tire was lifted off the road when a car drove over it on I-95 just a couple of days before our Alaska ride.
???
I went to Alaska with the stock shield and really missed the big one in all the rain and cold we encountered. I've had a medium Parabellum since we got back & been happy with it.

You did a very nice job of trimming the Burgman shield to fit the Tenere contours. I'm going out for a daylong ride today, so I'll get a better evaluation of the shield. With the Madstad bracket the stock shape doesn't interfere with the Tenere cowl. However, I will at least trim off the mounting tabs.

Putting that big sail on a Madstad would be a LOT of stress and beating on the two plastic uprights that the Madstad mounts to. I sure didn't need the Madstad with the big windshield. If you do, storngly consider a couple of braces to take the load off the two regular windshield mounting posts.

The Madstad plus large windshield really doesnt work at highway speeds, there is too much vibration. Extra bracing would be needed, or simply find the angle you like then use washers to angle the windshield sans the bracket. A more vertical windshield angle definitely reduces buffeting and noise.
