Who has moved on?

With all the new blood that i see coming to this forum..
I am wondering how many of the old big hitter members have moved on in one way or another?
Could have a moving on section for departing members alive or passed? Just saying. ::017::

Anf if this number keep increasing, I guess that no one is officially moving on.
But I know, many might not advise forum moderators...

So, who's fake account was KCW? Remember "her"? Tenere burned up. Claimed to have contacts with Engineers at Yamaha in Japan. Yamaha gave her a new one. Then showed a picture of the new one and a reverse image search showed the pic was lifted from a dealer's website in Texas.

I always figured it was Big Blu...they both sort of vanished at the same time.

Yes... pretty sure it was a fake story and fake account. The picture of the "new" bike was straight from an ad from a dealer in Texas, from in the dealership.

Fortunately, the ban hammer is gathering dust in the corner, it's only been used a couple of times here. Technically, I've moved on as I sold my bike, and have yet to replace her. I'm still pining for a Gen 2!

I admit i did hammer him when he started on the GS vs Tenere spiel.
My last stand was "Then why are you still here"?
I did buy a heated vest from BB, still have it.
I ask who has moved on because i still keep in touch with the Triumph 1050 Tiger tribe at least once or twice a year.
And i always get "Hows the Tenere doing hows you're leg"?
Nice bunch of lads like the Tenere forum, laid back and helpful above and beyond. ::008::

Boy, do I remember the "my S10 burned up and I got a new one" thread. I must have stopped following before it played out, though; I don't remember her posting a photo of her alleged new bike. There was a very healthy suspension of disbelief in that thread .

I still go to the Stromtroopers forum a lot, in spite of the fact that I traded my DL650 and bought the S10 going on four years ago. There were a few very prolific posters on there who just seemed to suddenly disappear, and don't even come back to the site to lurk. I'm always curious about what happened to them: did they get fed up with the site and quit, like I did with Facebook? Did they die? Was it alien abduction? Were they so happy Yamaha bought them a new bike that their lives were totally fulfilled and they had no need for the forum any more?

I hunger for answers.

That was my recollection as well. He was one of our earliest moderators, and still holds those privileges...
