My ST was cleaned up nicely today, albeit not by me. Just part of the dealer service from Cahill's in Zephyrhill's, FL as I had my Steed in for a valve check. I had left the tank with just a splash of fuel in it as a courtesy knowing they'd be raising/pulling the tank. They put more gas in! Guess they weren't comfortable with the flashing low fuel warning. They even documented all the clearances, all within spec
Riding the bike until it is completely filthy is always a god time. And then washing it sparkling clean and shiny is always good before doing any maintenance. I've found clean bikes are a lot easier to work on! ;D
Routine for me is slime away every day.Get the bugs off forward surfaces of bike.It does help my neighbor bottles the stuff.Baths for bike the rain takes care of.Jim
