I recently installed the NONE dual exhaust (and love the sound :))
I am looking to install a quality set of panniers, mounting them as close to the bike as possible.
Can anyone suggest a bracket that would be easy to modify (since the big can is gone) that would work with Jesse or comparable boxes?

Most of the mounts I have seen utilize the passenger hand grip location, which appears to be what the exhaust is utilizing for its mounts. I know the Hepco Becker mounts have a bracket that is bolted to the frame using the hand grip bolt holes and then uses longer bolts and spacers to position the mounting bracket out to provide clearance for the cases. I would think you could take the brackets, drill a hole for the exhaust hanger, then use longer bolts and spacers to push the cases out far enough to clear, probably going to take some custom fab work.

I would like to get a box on the left side without the cutout for the oem exhaust.
The exhaust comes from Spain. See posts by JamieV.

Just about everything thats mass produced is gonna have that cut out or the racks are gonna be disproportionate to compensate which will make it look odd. The factory luggage looks real clean with the None pipes (thanks for the picture advfirefighter!).

If that doesnt work for you, this guy can build you some custom panniers pretty cheap...

I did try the OEM panniers and they fit well. The None are designed to work with them.
I think most of the mounts for the ST must be Ok. The only thing you can ask to the panniers supplier is if they have a left bracket without the exhaust shape, perhaps from other bike??.
If you can have it I’m sure there are standard panniers that can fit.

I’m working in some panniers for the ST with ACD (the factory who build my skid plate). They hope to have it in august. They are very busy so I hope there are not delays… ::)

Thanks so much kakee!!
These photos are exactly what I was looking for because Jesse panniers are my first choice. ::015::
Did you do the modification of the brackets yourself?

A pleasure to be of some help, yes did the modification myself...as you can see by the welding ::)

Made up 4 25mm spacers so the panniers are now slightly wider than the handlebars.

The left side, as your sitting on the bike I am not that happy with. The case vibrates on its fully foreword position due to the passenger footpeg mount flexing.

Will probably match the other side and make up a plate to fit behind the footpeg mount.

I am looking for some passenger footpeg mounts I can modify, left hand side one now looks ugly.

I think the case was for a Triumph 1050, cost me £400 from The Adventure Bike Shop.

Safe travels.
