It's sad that it has been closed. Hopefully they could at least get it open as an off road trail. The facilities at Apache Lake were done even before the virus. The indefinately closed 7 mile section is from the Fish Creek to Apache Lake. We did make it up to Crown King a couple months ago. Really cool place!Wow, those pics sure bring back memories. I haven't been out in the Apache Flats/Fish Creek/Roosevelt Lake area since the mid-80's. I've still got photos that I took this time of year out there of wild flowers and scenery and such. I worked for NASA then, and was on TDY in Phoenix for several months while Unisys Space Systems was building a bunch of test equipment for us to use on the Space Shuttle. Several times, we'd ride out to Pumpkin Center and eat dinner in the downstairs of the little general store there. We'd make big loops out of Phoenix in all directions, out through the surrounding countryside, and back to town by a totally different route. One of our favorite rides was up to Crown King for dinner and beer. That was back in my Kawasaki KZ1000 Shaft days.
Punkin Center? Butcher Hook resturant?Several times, we'd ride out to Pumpkin Center and eat dinner in the downstairs of the little general store there.

You guys ever go over to Angels Flight Railway? Its just a street over. Going off memory.... But think its the shortest railroad in the world. Goes from Grand to Hill. Its between 2nd and 4th Probably closed due to the pandemic. But kinda funny to go one block straight up hill. Only costs a $1.Downtown la today since the st is down for the next week.
-4m elevation, you must have a good snorkel! On a 270 km round trip with my 2 friends.
A 2019 V-strom 650 and a 1991 Transalp 600.

It's on my list to ride.................possibly late September.Up Mt Lemmon from Oracle, then down and back from Tuscon. The Control road has been on my AZ bucket list. It opens after March 15th. If you zoom in you can see the trail.
This was close to the top.
On the peak overlooking Tuscon.

Hahahaha, no need for snorkel , the actual place have been the sea for about 110 years ago, but a damm was build, and land used to farmland.-4m elevation, you must have a good snorkel!
I do like that app, although my GPS on the phone seems to be hanging up and it stops recording. I don't use basecamp. Did you export from MyRide as GPX?
