Interesting to see the reservoir mounted to the top of the subframe. It wasn't the intent, but it looks like it works out ok.

We mounted it both ways and I liked it better there. Should make adjustments easier. Easy enough to move it back down if I decided to.

Decided to take a mental health day off today. I had purchased a Penske Rear Shock from a forum member a couple of weeks back. Installed and got the sag set today. Will fine tune the rest of the settings at a later time. Overall I can not believe the change in the bike that this has made.

That's a damn fine looking shock. That bike needs some dust, dirt, and mud. It's way too clean ;D

Installed an Altrider rear rack that I acquired from a forum member. Here are some pics with how it mounts up and fits with my Jesse luggage:

I did nothing to the Super T today. I did have my own kickstand fixed though. Had surgery to repair my left foot's plantar plate. Turned out I had torn my plate 80% of the way through. Rehab time!!!

Already itching to ride. Fresh rubber, fresh oil, time to ride.....just as soon as the doc says I can. Oh, and then there's the "boss." Can't forget her now can we.

Installed a sport v stream screen and some TT handguards. I wish I could have got the screen clear but only offered in dark.

I bought a TKC to put on this winter for some sloppy back road thrashing

The handguards look like better weather protection they mount much higher than stock.

The 2:00 minute mark was almost REALLY entertaining. It's actually a pretty common way guys fall. Good to see he made it ok.

You aren't scared going through those blind water holes on the "tire track" line? In NJ if you follow that line you might wind up 3' deep. Usually "right down the center" is the safest line where guys with mud trucks might frequent.

LOL and the puddle ended up being about 5 inches deep! You just never know unless you verify.

SUCCESS. Have completed the 50 000 kilometre milestone, in 23 months, minus 11 for winter.

I knew as soon as I saw him take that line this was going to be a photo op. ::025:: That's why the KLR takes lead ::013:: This area is very rocky the mud is never very deep. I worry more about hitting a large rock and dropping the bike into the puddle. I always take the puddles pretty slow. I did manage to put a couple creases in the bash plate

where is your camera mounted? I am assuming it is a go pro? I was very impressed by how little camera shake we saw given the beating you were taking ...
