And as I found out (repeatedly), those red flashes you notice while traveling in other-than-the-left lanes aren't secret admirers...Your Tenere looks very similar to mine ! Enjoy Germany where certain sections of the autobahn the left lane is all she’s got. View attachment 108089
shit,I have other rides to tucked in the garage too ..I make the choice depending on the travel surface, weather or how much ground I need to cover..especially when “I have a long way to go and a short time to get there.”View attachment 108093
ncpkwyrider, yes I always ride solo and remove the rear seat. That is a Cycle Gear universal tail bag my brother in law gave me. The skid is a Givi it works OK from the type of riding I now do mostly pavement, it really wouldnt be my choice if I did any off pavement traveling but is OK for the street. You will love the S-10 they are an awesome bike.Nice bikes! I have a '23 like yours. Did you remove the back seat to install that bag? What make/model bag is that? What skid plate did you install? Thanks.
When I purchased the 19 Super T it came with a huge Manila envelope which I didn’t open for about a week. I went to get paperwork for tile and insurance I found all kinds of graphics the previous owner never installed. So I did a few searches and found a Yamaha Super Tenere at a motorcycle manufacturers show in Spain looking at pictures had all of the same graphics I had. So I used their graphics placement as template for my bike. The Spain show Super Tenere had one sticker mine didn’t have it was Gold on the fuel tank and said “Super Tenere World Crosser” w a map of the continents in background. That said this was the rest of how Yamaha placed the show bikes graphics. There was even a matching key cover in the envelope!Very nice color scheme!! That "Yamaha" decal on the shaft drive system is a nice touch.
The cover makes the key thicker too and easy to turn with heavy winter gloves.nice like the blue ignition key

Very cool!! Yamaha should give you some kind of bonus for the marketing you're doing. LOL.When I purchased the 19 Super T it came with a huge Manila envelope which I didn’t open for about a week. Oh I thought I heard somewhere that Yamaha was bringing it back in 2024.LOL thank you... once Yamaha threw in the towel and no longer manufactures or markets the 1200 Super Tenere my guess is the marketing budget has disappeared along with the 2024 model year. hahaha
I wonder too…it actually came in a big Manila envelope I discovered from the previous owner with mostly decals ..seems he purchased and never installed the decals or put the key cover on.. I mentioned that in the thread before the picturesWhere did you get that key cover?
Just selling leftovers as far as I know. It's the only model on the US Yamaha website I could find that does not show a 2024 / 2023 model option...

I noticed that too but I thought I read somewhere on this forum that someone was buying a 2024 model. I could be wrong though. It's the only model on the US Yamaha website I could find that does not show a 2024 / 2023 model option...
