Hello Folks,

I just get my "new" T1200ZE its a DP046 model from 2020 , and I have this strange stickers on the fuel tank, what does it means ?
I have checked on internet but could not find anything, I don't know if it is a RR series or KR or anything else .

Looks like something exclusive to Europe. My GUESS is it is a Kenny Roberts Series logo, since it's known that he has one and likes it.

No it’s definitely OEM, and not dealer related since electrolyse lives in Switzerland and I’m in the Netherlands.

Odd. Yamaha typically uses "editions" not "series". First Edition, World Crosser Edition, Raid Edition, Touratech's 'Adventure Edition', etc. I couldn't find a reference for a series or any similar logo. This is a good example of how an over stylized logo becomes un-recognizable though.

It’s the exact same color scheme as mine. Including the blue rims and forks. Maybe it has got to do with that? I was told that this combo is called “racing blue” but I don’t know if that correct.

The only thing(s) that I can see different from the pics, is the blue patch on the seat, and the color matched area around the passenger grab rails. I'm guessing that Stefan's seat is aftermarket. I can sorta see the K & R in the close up shot. . . . still not sure that's what they are, but the blue accents (forks?) are separate from the letters. Who cares, it's a good looking bike, and you're going to love it. Go ride.

Hey Rob. you’re right, the seats are Touratech ‘s (bij Kahedo). The original seat was with the blue too.

Prompted by @SkunkWorks , I think I have tracked it down - it's was a short run of bikes for the 2015 model year, called the Race Blu Series.

This is a video of the launch at EICMA Milan, in autumn 2014 ..........
