I just installed my auxiliary gas tank for the long stretches and my tank bag has been on for a while.

What do you guys think? I'm excited to ride this year. :D

Very nice setup! Did you mount the tank directly on the stock pillion seat mount, or is there an aftermarket plate under there? Could you post a picture or two of your mounting system?

I think it looks pretty good. I tried putting my can in that location but my body size is such that I could feel it on my lower back which bothers me. I had to move mine to the back deck.

I have the same Long Haul knock-off of a Rotopax for the KTM 690 and it came with this mount. I just lash it to the luggage rack with a pack strap.

I have that same tank bag that I transferred from my Wee. Surprised that it fits the S10 so well.

The bike is good for 425kms per tankful. Don't think you'll need the extra in Alberta or anywhere in Canada. But if you like taking gas for a ride. Congrats on choosing a great bike.

I will snag a few pictures after work today.

It is mounted directly to the pillion seat mount. I am in the works of making up a bracket that I can rivit underneath the mount so all i need to do is bolt it on instead of having to take the mount on and off when i want to take a passenger.
