It would appear that democracy is a myth as the minority seem to rule even outside of the forum.

One of my favorite things about the forum is the diversity, but apparently there are many that feel that "if you're not with them, your against them". Shame.I really enjoy off topic parts of forums like this. It shows the vast differences in the people who also share a particular passion.
Anyway, I'm off to start the "Show Your Quilt" thread soon. That couldn't possibly get too many people upset, I hope.
It'll be the haves vs. the have nots...as it pertains to ownership of a longarm sewing machine. Ex-wife and her sister are in to quilting, the latter having her own long arm setup. Talk about crazy money, wow...One of my favorite things about the forum is the diversity, but apparently there are many that feel that "if you're not with them, your against them". Shame.
The quilt thread could get quite. . . . heated? Then throw in the quilt v comforter. . . . temperatures will rise.
