Jaxon, can you do a general price for an 8 gallon tank and any accessories needed for a general installation. This would eliminate the Mystery $price$. Most of us want to now a ball park price that would let us know whether to entertain a project like an 8 gallon fuel tank. Thanks.

Sure, There is no other equipment or setting the bike up after our tank mod.. The customer just throws on the new tank, fill it up and your on your way. No extra pumps, Etc... It takes about two weeks of labor to cut up the tank and build all the pieces and then weld it all back together to hold about 65 Lbs of fuel. It does have to hold liquid so this is not a twenty minute weld job. After all that we do several test on it before it goes on to the next step. The fuel pump is bolted back up and everything just as it was with 2 or more gallons added.. Because these are hand made we can change, add, tweak, Etc the tank.

...... and the price point is? Two week of Labor, 80 hrs, really, are you using a GI can opener to cut the tank!
Do you coat the inside on the modified tank, if so what product do you use?

Sure.. Its about two weeks of metal fab to cut the tank all up and fab and form all the sheet metal... The pant work to make it look like the same quality as the black tank is approximately two more weeks... We do have another tank to do the work on so no rider is down from riding.. We then will take there tank after we send them the new large tank.... Ill PM you a few more details about the work.. Thanks
