I use the Nelson Riggs Adventure Dry Bag, 40 liter. Use the search function, dry bag, and there are several recommendations & pictures.

Great suggestions by Mellow.
I use dry bags for the kayaks and have bought them both off Amazon, boat stores, and at Army Surplus stores.

It's not 100% waterproof like a dry bag but it fits perfectly over the rear seat and above side cases which can still be opened. Designed by the late, great Bruce Armstrong who needed something to hold gear on his XR650L while riding from California to Alaska. That's why it's called the "B" Alaska bag.

I've used mine on my Honda ST1100 and Yamaha ST without any leaks through thousands of wet miles up here in the PNW. This also makes for a great fly and buy bag.

About $60 on Amazon >> http://amzn.to/1MFQTLm

I have had the D38 for three years and it keeps everything dry, secures to the Tenere very well, but... side plastics should be removable, difficult to load, a wide mouth design would be better, a friend returned his because of cracking at the seal. Overall: Okay, overpriced.

+1 on this bag. I rode 9 hours in pouring rain and everything inside was bone dry.

I have two of the different Twisted Throttle dry bags and they are perfect for going across Tenere with panniers in place. No leakage and plenty of options to strap down.

Go to a camping store. I forget the brand on these. No zipper. Roll them up an it clips.
One for the tent.
One for the sleeping bag and more.

Has anyone tried these" http://www.overboardusa.com", in the UK these are quite highly rated for Adventure biking.

The blue bag on the back seat is an overboard. Used it for years. Been in countless hours of downpours. Never worried about anything inside. Always dry.
