I have the bag, all I need the the bike!

Fit and finish are spot on and the map holder appears to have been designed by someone who actually uses them - maps fold and fit easily! most recommended.

I was going to get the city bag also, but could not find the info on which ring the super tenere uses? Is it the -5 or -7 version for Yamaha? Anyone know?

I have a Daypack II quick-lock tank bag, the setup is indeed easy-on easy-off. I like the smaller Daypack because I just pop it off when I get off the bike and take it with me as my "purse" so to speak.

I had a Daypack on my Ducati. Definitely a handy storage for phone, wallet, cigs, make-up ??? etc ..

I use the Motech "City" generally around town but if I know I am heading off-road I will always fit the reverse tail bag.
I stand 100% of the time off-road and put a lot of body english into my riding so I find any tank bag to be in the way.... It's prolly just me though.. ^-^

My off-road bag of choice.

Hey Greg,

Do you have the version where you can attach a cigarette socket so that you can charge your cell phones or what have you?
If you do have you noticed it being a strain on the battery when charging a cell phone?
Regards,
Brad

They also sell the base plate that you can wire into the bike and have it transfer 12 volts into the tank bag with the quick on and off. It has some electronics so the power is cut off when the tank bag is not attached. Works well, had one on a f650gs dakar that I recently took on a 7000 mile trip recently to ride the trans Labrador highway. I'll be keeping it for the ST when mine arrives.
