Valves stem

Whilst recently checking my tyres pressures, I noticed that the rear valve stem had started to perish and has a couple of cracks in the rubber, no leaks though. My bike is now 10 years old and they’ve never been changed in the 7 years I’ve had it. Are these just normal stems or a Yamaha only part?
Might be worth a check if you haven’t for a while.

Normal.stems will do the job. You just have to be sure they will fit the hole. I measured the hole and ordered off of Amazon. Then I changed to metal T-Valve cores and put TPMS on it and use the 90° stem to fill the tire up. The rear wheel needs no modification. The front does need a bit of metal dremmeled out. You can see pics on my thread "what TenereGUY has been up to" to see of you would want to do this. The rubber stems should be changed out at every other tire change to be safe.... they're cheap.
