Truly perplexed…..need help here….

So issues I am having. Any assistance/guidance would be appreciated on the following:
1. My blinkers are not blinking. When I engage them, they blink/light up on the dash, but the actual lights (both front and rear) are not blinking.
2. On my dash, the memory is not working. When I turn on my bike, the clock resets every time and the trip odometers are also resetting after every time I turn the bike off/back on.

Any ideas WTF is going on here??? Thanks all in advance.

I would start out by checking all the ground wires. A bad ground will cause all kinds of weird things to happen.

Also check battery connections and battery health in general.

You've probably already done this but did you check both bulbs? Sometimes we miss the obvious!
The other stuff make me think some other reason but... yah just gotta make sure!
Definitely +1 on the battery condition and connections. I'd take upper and lower right panels off and start looking for any frayed or chewed wires. Did this just happen one day in the garage???

I think they are 2 different problems. The dashboard does not have a support battery, so every time you disconnect the main battery, everything returns to zero (as they told you, check the battery terminals, and the anchors of said cables, the - to the chassis and the + to the terminal block above the battery)…..the blinking thing, you should check the relay, probably the relay is what makes the blinking…
