Lots of smart phone apps but a dedicated nav. unit has its merits. I've heard TT is week on the off road mapping?? Anyone have experience/thoughts?

My wife has a TT. Not very user friendly any more; cost too much to update. Google maps even works better.

I have heard mixed things recently, which is no help to you at all. One friend has a moto one and likes it a lot. Another one bought one, and said it was not user friendly, did random weird stuff, had slow boot ups, and sometimes was a little slow when you had turns too close together.
