Looks like I'm out, we're either loading up the camper and dogs and heading out tomorrow - or I've got to go fix my camp roof in Amherst County which means a pickup with tools and materials. Big branch fell and knocked a couple holes in the roof.
I was looking at a map, you should consider some closer areas next time you head out. Lots of fire roads in Nelson and Amherst counties (just south of Charlottesville). I took my Super up there last weekend and had a good time. And folks reported correctly - the abs and traction control are amazing. My camp has a very steep, grass covered slope and I could barely feel the traction control working but it allowed me to ride up no problem. It rained all night and coming down was a cinch - no cycling on and off like my BMW's. Great stuff.
