Hello! My name is Sean and I finally got one. After 2 years of lurking here and on ADV, I got a deal I couldn't turn down on a white '13. It came home today and I installed crash bars and a skid plate, I'm waiting on new bars. I have been riding and racing off-road in Alberta since I was 10 years old and I think the thing I'm most looking forward to is being able to gear up at home and just head out, no more loading and unloading. I know "Greg the Pole" from work so I'm hoping to meet some other local enthusiasts once the snow melts. See you out there!

You already get it!
Yep, load up, head out, no itinerary,......just go into "adventure mode". See the planet. Meet strangers, eat great food.

Congrats!

Welcome and good call on the crash protection since you've already dropped it, as I see. No concern, itll be just fine.
Been there, done that... :D

My computer did not recognize "outstanding". It made the conversion without my knowledge or consent. My bad. R. ::003::

IR, a belated welcome from another Cowtown Super Tenere rider. I picked mine up last fall, put 2,500 kms on it then winterized and parked it, so I am keen to get back on it once the snow melts. In the meantime there is always something to be said for just looking at it!
Cheers, David

Congrats!

I picked up my ST the day before the snow hit in the fall and haven't had a chance to ride mine but as soon as the snow melts I'll be getting out and hopefully meet up with some others, I'm in Sundre.

Cheers!!
