Australian siamese twins Jim and John, who are joined at the hip, walk into a bar in Sydney and order drinks.

The bartender overhears that they've just come back from vacation in the US and they go every year.
"Have a good time there lads?"

Jim glumly replies
"Always a crap time! The weather was miserable and the people constantly bickering. The roads are terrible, and everybody's out to gouge ya."

The bartender says
"Well I'm a bit surprised because you said that you go every year. What's up with that?"

John happily pipes up with
"It's the only time I get to drive!"

Couldn't do that with a Beemer. The side stand would snap.

I first thought it was that ass hat that tears bikes up. Then I realized that that guy has incredible skill. I saw King Kenny Roberts dirt biking a V-Max once.
Hey Sierra1 im pretty sure that is the feller you call ass hat that tears up bikes. I watched part of that video he made in the sand on that bike. Not sure how he is paying for all the work and bikes. I dont think i could afford that.

Sure as shit. The non-English Instagram tricked me. But after looking at both videos, you're right. Same helmet and jacket. Apparently, he has a good amount of sponsorship. One of his videos has multiple breaks in it for commercials. Doing tricks and crashing is one thing. Tearing shit up just to tear shit up, because he makes money off of it, pisses me off.

A pirate walked into a bar and the bartender said: 'Hey, I haven't seen you in a while.
What happened? You look terrible.'
'What do you mean?' said the pirate, 'I feel fine.'
Bartender: 'What about the wooden leg? You didn't have that before.'
Pirate: 'Well, we were in a battle and I got hit with a cannon ball, but I'm fine now.'
Bartender: 'Well, ok, but what about that hook?
What happened to your hand?'
Pirate: 'We were in another battle. I boarded a ship and got into a sword fight. My hand was cut off. I got fitted with a hook. I'm fine, really...'
Bartender: 'What about that eye patch?'
Pirate: 'Oh, one day we were at sea and a flock
of birds flew over. I looked up and one of them shit in my eye.'
Bartender: 'You're kidding, you lost an eye just from bird shit?'
Pirate: 'It was my first day with the hook.

That usually happens when a ship is navigating by GPS and the bridge piers aren't exactly where the GPS coordinates show them. Often in fog or limited sight conditions. Someone was asleep at the wheel.

They're claiming "power issues" on the ship. You can see a lot of smoke pouring out, prior to the collision, which normally indicates increased throttle. Since they're claiming it to not be on purpose, I'll ass-ume that they were full throttle "all back".

Advising at least a month before shipping gets back to normal. Zero ideas on vehicle traffic. Glad I don't live there.

Crossed that very important bridge many times back in my truck driving days. They seem to think about 7 cars went down with the bridge hopefully there will be lots of survivors.

Apparently the 6 they are still looking for were all workers on the bridge doing pot hole repairs, not people in cars. 0130 hours, so thankfully not rush hour.

Makes you wonder if they lost power, drifted, then went full back to try and get it back in the channel. There is a lot of momentum in those ships and nothing moves or changes direction quickly.

We may never really know what happened. Some insurance company is not looking forward to this claim.
