Has anyone used one of these Nomad Tents or have information on the product from the real world ?

I was just talking to a gent who has one this evening. His only disapointment is that they changed the design a little bit after he had his for a while. They actually addressed a couple gripes he had with his tent. Better doors is the only thing I remember him saying just this moment. He can stand up and get dressed. He has an over sized cot that fits fine. His GS really does fit in the vestibule. He offered to sell me his old one so he could get a new one. LOL, he may list it over on ADV.
Over-all; he likes it a lot.

I like the idea of these sort of tents but do worry about the bike falling over during the night. I find that when I stop I have to find a suitable spot to park the bike THEN get the tent up. Its seldom I don't have to think about the soft or uneven ground? :

I did not consider soft ground, but still like the concept. The ability to be able to stand up and storage area plus ease of ste up and tear down is an important feature. I would still like to hear about problems and experiences observed in real situations ( heavy rain, high wind etc.)

This should help you out. The wife's HD mechanic loves his. Don’t think and I would be storing my bike in it though.
