Sw Motech Skidplate pushing onto the exhaust

Just got and installed the Sw Motech SkidPlate. It does press firmly against the Exhaust ( probably the Catalizer area of the Exhaust )

My bike is Europe model 2016 ES.

Its a easy fix with some spacers and longer bolts or just use the bandsaw and saw that rear part off the plate.

Anyone else with same experience ?

2014s and up had bigger cats.
Did they sell you the right plate?

I just installed mine onto the 2015 ES. It came off a 2014 Non ES. I just bent the tail piece down with some vice grips about 1/4". Good to go ::013::

I probably got the wrong plate , I will just do the same as Texasten .
