If we could always post the rider size (height a as minimum) and S10 year (Version I or Version II 2014+) when posting ...

... Windscreen info
... Bracket info
... Winglet info
... Wind buffeting
... Helment wind noise issues
... Speeds at which the issue is noted

It may help others better decide if your mod may be the improvement they are looking for.

Thank you for the consideration

MRA Xscreen
Madstad
Power Bronze winglets

I'm 6 ft even. 206lbs and I think this is going to be fine for me. Better now than my stock 08 12gs IMO. This combo was gathered largely from the fantastic knowledge that so many have contributed on this great site ::012::

Stock screen w/spoiler (screen set at 2nd of 4 positions)
no buffeting at helmet. some buffeting on my shoulders from the mirrors. mirror extenders would most likely take care of it but it's not too bothersome.

Winglets helped tremendously. Changed tiny stock windshield to 21" Vstream. Shield set to low right at about my nose level. Buffeting is gone for me ;D

OEM tall windshield helped a ton and I can still see over it on its highest setting. Winglets are in the mail and will be installed this week. Will report back once installed.

Added the Russian Screen Spoiler (similar to MRA X-creen) when I picked up the bike - it greatly reduces helmet buffeting (never ridden the S10 with no spoiler, observations are from adjusting the spolier from min to max trying to find the sweet spot. I pulled the spoiler off my Versys 650 as I know the spoiler works brilliantly at reducing buffeting)
Sweet spot for me is Winscreen set at 2nd hole from top, and spoiler slightly back from vertical ~10-15deg.
1 month later I added the OEM Winglets and this quietened down the wind noise from the front of the bike considerably.

I'm 6'4.5" (195cm)
I ride with seat in HIGH position
I use Shark Vision R helmet when commuting (has lots of wind noise and like to rip your head off when doing visual shoulder checks)
I use a Schubert C3 helmet when riding and touring (much much quieter and more stable at high speen)
I wear custom molded ear plugs all the time.

If I set the screen lower into 3rd hole (from top) I start to get buffeting at 70km/hr, it is not that bad at 110km
2nd hole from top is better and minimal buffeting at 110km/hr +
(note screen spoiler is still on and angle not changed)

5' 8" with short legs
Seat in low position with airhawk R (maybe a half inch different)
Factory winglets
Madstad bracket about 1" up and all the way back with 20" madstad screen.

Almost silent at 50-60mph. Nothing is quiet at 70-75... Unless you guys have some other magic I don't know about.
