Want to track some threads that have some good info. Am I missing the subscribe button?

Also, I use VBulletin software on another forum, which has the capability of leaving member feedback if you have a good transaction or bad for that matter. Anyways, may be useful as the Tenere becomes integrated and parts are swapped and sold between individuals. I have bought from 2 different members here and have had great experiences ::026::

You should see the "Notify" button on this and other threads.

Rod took care of #1 question, so I'll address #2.

There is a feedback mechanism available, I don't have it turned on though. I've never really kicked the tires on it yet, but let me do so and see what I find. I know what you're referring to as I've seen it in use on other boards.

So there is no way to subscribe to a thread without enabling notification? I don't want an email every time someone adds a post. Is there any way to subscribe to a thread without notification? I use this feature on other sites running vBulletin to basically bookmark threads that I want to keep for future reference.

Also, which I have your attention. it would be great if you had a second skin with a light or white background, as it would be easier for some of us to read. Thanks for a great site.

Go back into the Notifications section as discussed here and look for the following option:

"For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of:"

Choose "Nothing at All" for that option and you shouldn't get any emails at all.

Sorry, I'm not seeing a "Notification" section, I clicked on my Profile, nothing there either.

When I click on Notify in the upper right corner, I get a box that says "you wish to be notified of a reply" and when I click yes, the Notify box becomes "unnotify" but no other options..

I'm sure it's really easy I just can't seem to see it. :( Thanks for your help.

Click on "Profile"
Click on "Modify Profile"
Click on "Notifications"

That should get you to the notifications section.

If you go into your profile and modify profle, you can chose from a couple different layouts that use a white background.

This is true. Also, there is a new lighter theme coming very soon that will be more "custom" than the others, but for now that's the only option.

Oh yeah. Those lighter layouts are a little easier on the eyes. Thanx. :)

Absolutely. I struggled with the default dark screen. It's much better in my eyes with the white background. Thanx for the tips.

At the very top, under Look and Layout:

Current Theme: Core Theme (change)
