steering head bolt tool

Does anyone in the Seattle/Tacoma area have the tool to do the steering bolt?

James and Glen, I can do something the first two weekends in June at my house. I can't ride anywhere with bike cuz I will have daughter while wife is out of town for work June 1-9. I don't mind, just mind I have to be a attentive to the little one. I can do burgers again, and mildly watch over the procedures for any maintenance. I would love to do this.
SO either June 1-2 saturday / sunday or June 8 saturday.
