Clutch lever has become very squeaky. The manual calls for silicon grease on the plunger rod. Clutch seems to be working fine maybe a little drag on the lever. I think it maybe time to learn to rebuild a master cylinder. My guess is it won't be expensive. Has anyone else experienced this?

A little lube where the lever contacts and pushes the Plunger and if it still makes noise, lube the levers pivot bolt also. Mine was noisy from plunger contact.

VSP1 you were spot on. I took the lever off and pushed in on plunger and no noise. I lubed up where the plunger sits in the lever and the lever bolt. All is quiet now and smoother too. Thanks
