Woke up this morning to 10 inches of new wet snow and its still coming down. Its suppose to snow all day. I may get one or two more weekends on the snowmobile.
We are already under flood watch, so this will really get the rivers rising. :'( :'(

We don't have to worry about spring for a awhile yet :)

This is in my back yard monday .

And we took the kids for a trip to the doppler weather ball on the back of our place.

And the oldest trying to carry it :D

It was a great day.

See,

what's the saying - When you're served lemons, make lemondade - Great Pictures of Newfoundland. Never been there, but one of these days.

It has been a hard winter for the US so I can imagine what it has been like for the folks up north. We will be heading to Nova Scotia this summer but not as far north as Newfoundland. Too many amazing places to go to and most likely not enough time to get there!

Spring in WI, always takes its time arriving. Just had a few folks down from Delafield, WI (college kids that are sons and daughters of friends of ours), and they loved the 85 degree weather at my mother in law's, beach front condo in Bonita Springs. These kids liked to "party", though.

In a "party naked on a secluded beach", mode, I stepped on an urchin around some submerged rocks and now have an infected foot and some cool slices on my lower legs from being stupid.

Oh well, I got them "straightened out", by tramping them around a 4 mile loop at a primitive preserve the next day: CREW. ;) Ha Ha! They'll be better people for the experience! When I told them that there was a snow cone vendor around the next bend in the trail, they had some choice words that would not be appropriate on any forum I know of! :D

Be patient fjr1300. Nice weather riding in WI, can't be beat and is on its way!
