We've dealt with each other for work and Patrick's like a big muddy Labrador Retriever, always excited and jumping around with good intent.

Do they have a shower setup for tent campers at this event?

Yes!
The dealership sets up a hot water shower for us. Do bring some flip-flops.

Patrick are you camping at Wapacoma again this year? We're bringing our 5th wheel this year, I was wondering if Romney allows BIG trailers in the back of their parking lot (40Ft). We don't mind boondocking in the trailer, ideally we won't even be in it except to sleep. Wapocoma was interesting last year due to the mud.

You will not be the first big trailer to have visited the Camp N Ride. There's no hookup for it, but you are welcome to bring it.

what part of BG?
Huh?
BG has parts?
I enjoyed some coffee once with Tony99 while over-night camping in BG. He snuck right up on me. It was a treat!
Didn't get the feeling Tony had to go too far out of his way. :)

This was posted a couple of pages back to order a shirt. Note that we'll only be taking orders for roughly another week.

SHIRTS - SHIRTS - SHIRTS

Here's the call to order a shirt for this year's event and you can pm me your order, just like every other year.
DCStrom provided us with a full-resolution copy of his photo for Inhouse Bob to extract the bike and tent to do the artwork.

FRONT:

The back will have a list like the last couple of years with a few small changes, showing some fun stuff in the Romney WV area.

And we are holding the price to what it was last year.
$15 for short sleeve
$17 for long sleeve

Again, In-House Bob is making them and these are top quality dark green shirts, like in the graphic above. Anything extra from the shirts will of course go to the Potomac Center. They do good things and the grass most of us will sleep on is theirs.
::012::
To order, send me a personal message (pm) to ask for my email address. We use PayPal only as payment till we get to Romney.
In your pm MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE:
(1) SIZE for each shirt
(2) LONG SLEEVE or SHORT,
(3) YOUR REAL NAME TO TIE TO THE AVATAR NAME.
(4) How much you are adding for the charity if you are doing so.
(The donation is totally optional and up to you. The amount is usually clear from how much people send, but it can get goofy when people order more than one shirt with combinations of sleeve lengths.)

When I get your pm, I'll send you my email address and you send your PayPal payment to it. When I see the size(s) you want in your email and the money is received, I'll send you a confirmation email. We don't yet have a hard cut off date for ordering yet, but it will only be about three weeks from now when we will ask InHouse Bob to print the shirts.

Bob usually makes a few extra shirts for walk-up people who miss this pre-order. Those go really fast and we don't want to pay for unsold shirts so there aren't many, but for the first people to arrive there may be a chance to score one. To keep things simple, they'll be $20 in cash. Again, everything we take in beyond the expense of having the shirts printed will go to the charity.

MAILING: The only difference this year is that ALL SHIRTS WILL BE PICKUP ONLY and I plan to arrive with them on Thursday evening. Blame me for being a total slacker and late to get this thing going, if you need to. Seriously, if you pay for a shirt, are a no-show at the event, and pm me then we MIGHT-possibly-maybe be able to sell your shirt to get your money back to you. Or hopefully, you could pm to tell me to sell it to somebody else and you donate your $15 or $17 to the Potomac Center charity.
If I don't see you or hear from you, then after the event expect a pm to ask if you want to send an additional $6 for postage in the US or $10 for Canada and I'll mail it. Just think, you could wear it to next year's 7th Annual Camp-N-Ride and nobody will be any the wiser.
8)

[Legalese - The artwork is fairly locked down but it's possible that some details may change slightly.)

I think that's it, but feel free to post or pm with your questions.
