I replaced mine at 25K km it could have gone for another 15K easy. So dont bother with that, its not that easy to get to either.

There is a good diagram and step-by-step of the air case removal on page 4-18. The coil removal process including diagrams is on Page 5-1 Engine Inspection. I think it’s all in the service manual…just in a couple different places that aren’t very well cross referenced imo.
