Well.... we did the ride. The South Canol is still closed according to DOT, and has some pretty bad spots. We didn't get very far until the mud and ruts got to be more than we were looking for. My SupaT took a dirt nap right in the middle of the road. I must have been asleep at the wheel. There hasn't been any road maintenance since last September and won't be any until after May 22nd. Some sections were dry and in good shape, others..... well, not so great. This is always a bit early for the South Canol. ::001::

Troll, thanks for the photos and report . K60's it will be. Last week I was surprised with wet clay while traveling in Northern California. Had to remind myself to stay calm and easy on the throttle. Was glad to get to gravel and hard pack.
