I’m selling this awesome 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere with 2015 DMC Expedition sidecar for $13K (FIRM) 28,719 miles on bike, around 10,000 miles since the sidecar was professionally installed by DMC Sidecars in Enumclaw Washington.
The tank bag seen in the pics is included as are (almost new) Nelson-Rigg soft panniers which fit the luggage side-mounts (they are GIVIs). ELIZILLA had GIVI Jellybeans for the racks but didn’t include them in the sale to me.
ALL take off parts (including OEM Super Tenere windshield, rider seat and pillion) are included.
The windshield of the DMC Sidecar portion of the hack is included but detached because it reduces the MPG of the sidehack more than I'd like.
The E-Shifter is likewise offline because I REALLY REALLY prefer to manually shift. It should take only 10-15 to bring it back on line.
The New Mexico Sunport in Albuquerque is the nearest airport.
This rig is in ZIP 87043
I can meet you @ the New Mexico Sunport with the sidehack rig and paperwork and we can do the deal right there in the Sunport Bar & Grill.
I can meet the Haulbikes driver (hired by you) to bring the sidehack rig to you.
I can take the sidehack rig to Bobby J's Yamaha of Albuquerque (the oldest Yamaha dealership in the USA) for a pre-purchase inspection YOU pay for.
A DEPOSIT will be required of course.
I've added a REALLY LOUD air horn, a Two Brothers Slip-On Exhaust, a new Heidenhau Sidecar Front Tire, AltRider Pillion Seat Deletion Parcel Rack, Sargent Solo Seat, and BeadRider Deluxe Cushion. The air horn has actually saved my life twice by waking up cabrons in their cars!
I AM open to "interesting trades" especially for vintage two-strokes (like a Yamaha RZ350 or RD400 Daytona Special, Kawasaki H1 500 or H2 750 or Suzuki 750 Water Buffalo) and of course BMW /2 or Conversions, Harley-Davidsons and Indians too.
I'll be happy to send more pics to interested parties and answer any questions upon request.

THE ONLY REASON I’m selling it is because last month I was lucky enough to purchase the very last 2021 Ural Gear Up GEO Limited Edition available in the world! They made only 20 of this special edition. ALAS, now I have one Sidecar too many according to my much-better-half “She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed”. So for the sake of financial solvency and continued martial bliss I’ve decided to sell “Kenny the SideHack”.
The original owner ELIZILLA got this SuperT brand new and rode it about 19,000 miles as a solo before installing the sidecar. She loved the bike and the sidecar was her attempt to keep riding it after losing use of her left foot and leg to a disability. The sidecar holds the bike up and the Klicktronic shifter allowed her to shift gears without cooperation from her left foot. But her left hand became a problem as well; She could no longer operate the clutch. Also, fatigue and weakness meant it was too large for her to comfortably manage. So ELIZILLA sold it to me in May 2019. I have ridden it as much as COVID-19 allowed.
This DMC Expedition sidecar has electric trim adjustment, sidecar windshield, tonneau cover, fabric door, seatbelts, Rotopax aux fuel tank (almost never used), luggage rack, front bumper, seatbelt, driving lights, etc. The Expedition is the largest sidecar DMC makes, and is well matched to the size of this bike, but this means the whole rig is on the large side. If you wanted to carry an adult AND a large dog in the sidecar, or multiple kids/dogs, it is that big.
The front end of the bike is adapted to modify the trail and lighten the steering. It also has a steering damper. It has a car tire on the rear but I would not call it the dark side, because sidecars don't lean. It handles very well even at high speed.
Bike has a Klicktronic shifter, AltRider topcase rack with Givi adaptors, removeable sidecase racks, LED driving lights, Skene Photon Blaster marker lights, Hyperlights brake lights, heated handgrips, mounted Warmnsafe heat troller for electric jacket, multiple powerlet outlets, Signal Dynamics volt meter, Flash2Pass garage door transmitter, etc.
When ELIZILLA got the sidecar, she had both the bike and the sidecar professionally painted in traditional Yamaha yellow with filmstrip decals, "Kenny Roberts" style. If this was going to be her only bike, she wanted it to be yellow!Everything is in tip top shape and I'd ride it cross country tomorrow. It has never been down. I have all the paperwork, a shop manual, extra windshields, etc. ELIZILLA put about $30K in this rig but alas you don't get back what you put in on a sidehack rig. I'll take just $12,900 for it (but that's FIRM).

I am semi-retired and so have the time to answer questions or provide more pictures. So feel free to contact me even if you want to talk about motorcycles in general and sidehacks in particulars, or even this particular sidehack I'm selling. Just REPLY to ask me for a phone call.
