Story of why I'm selling new/unused lights:
I ordered these online in December. When they arrived, it was either snowing, raining, or too darn cold to go outside and try to install.
Last weekend, I finally took these out of the box and went to the bike - that's when I realized my SW-Motech crash bars (27mm thick) were too big for the Givi clamps (21-25 mm).
I've used these Givi lights on my previous two bikes (which I sold with the lights left installed) and never had an issue installing on Givi crash bars or Altrider crash bars. Unfortunately, now realizing this, I am past the date that I can return them for a refund. They've never been used - only taken out of the box, and are currently back in it and the original packaging.
As I said, I've used the Givi aux lights on two previous bikes - on my last bike, I had these Givi lights on for five years and used them daily - always worked, were water proof, and never had an issue. Provided significant better lighting at night, and made me more visible to other drivers.

I have Givi fog lights on my Givi crash Bar and I can confirm that they are great, they light up the road very well.

I have these exact GIVI LEDs (installed on ALT Riders) on my S10 for about two years and they are really nice.
Their function is great and they are very robustly built. Somewhat hard to get in the US.
Highly recommended and the price is right!
