I assembled and have run this system on my 2012 ST for the past 3 years. I started with an AltRider pillion replacement luggage rack. Installed on the the rack is a locking mount to hold a 1 gallon Rotopax gas container. With the extension it will also hold and lock a second 1 gallon Rotopax. Finally I worked with Utopia to design a custom bracket that mates to the AltRider plate and allows for a Utopia Rider's back rest. My standard setup has been to use the back rest and a single Rotopax with fuel. All hardware, the AltRider extension and two 1 gallon Rotopax fuel containers are included for this sale. This whole setup uses the pillion mounting points and can be installed or removed and the OEM pillion replaced in less than 10 minutes. I have over $550 in this setup (and yes, it was worth every penny) and will sell it for $275 plus shipping costs if necessary.
