Yep, them's the ones, keeps you from over working the threads in the head. Nice as well when you have crash bars mounted there, nothing goes out of align.flbubba33 said:I have the ACD skid plate. Are these the studs/nuts for mounting the front of the plate?
No, They are not, I would rather have the bolt break then the engine block.flbubba33 said:Are the studs case hardened?
Yep, once the studs are in place the pan comes off without worry for the bars needing to be re-aligned. Remove one bolt at a time so things don't spring on you when installing the studs. I know mine would probably spring, she's been down on the bars a couple times now. Saves on over working the threads in head as well.TimLaw said:Any chance of a pic of the mount? I think I have an idea of what is going on and it sounds a lot easier. When I mounted my bars and the plate together, it is a little difficult to align everything and get the bolt threaded.
Bump...grin.Just Bob said:One set left....first come, first served.... ::013::

Id like to have one3 sets left, what you get is 5.25 shipping 4X1.26 for nuts = 5.04 and 2X1.87 for two studs =3.74, total 14.06, add tax and packaging and your about 20.00. Or you can go to hardware stores, find 12 mm X1.25 X70mm bolts, and nuts, (Good Luck, longest I could find was 60mm long, Lowes) Cut the bolts square so they thread in properly and your all set...grin.
