I'm putting up for sale my 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere in matte gray color, originally purchased in 2015. This is the non-ES version. The bike has around 12,053 miles and might go up as I ride it. The bike is located in Los Angeles.

I'll start by saying that the bike is ready to go, anywhere. I just rode it this month from Los Angeles to New Orleans without any issues as it has been for all of it's life. Get on, push the red button, and go. That's the story with my Super Tenere. If you want to fly and ride, feel free to do so. It is ready.

WARRANTY: The bike comes with a Yamaha YES warranty valid until 04/22/2020 and it is fully transferrable. Anything goes wrong with the bike, you're covered. There is no better way of buying a pre-owned bike.

Full disclosure:

- Bike has been down at low speed on deep sand. Crash bars are scratched.
- Front stay replaced at 9,870 miles under warranty at Pasadena Yamaha.
- Light scratches on GPS bar from the GPS and a Ram Mount

Details & Farkles:

ECU Flash - The bike's ECU has been flashed by Anthony Corcella, a well known and respected flasher that usually posts in another forum. The flash unleashed the full power of the bike and, if I were to get another S10, this is the first mod I would do to it. It is the one farkle that will provide the biggest positive impact on your bike's performance. Retail: $225

AltRider Crash Bars - Scratched, as mentioned above. Retail: $439

AltRider Skid Plate - Retail: $406

Sargent Seat - Rider only. Retail: $350

Calsci Windshield - Bought it used from another inmate. Medium size. Retail: $185

Mictuning Light Bar - Read the story here: http://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?topic=20581.msg296679#msg296679 Retail $30

Additional power socket - Installed on left hand side tab, below the instrument cluster. Always hot. Looks OEM. Model installed: https://www.amazon.com/BIKEMASTER-CIGARETTE-LIGHTER-SOCKET-BLACK/dp/B0031793XO - Retail: $9

New rear brake pads: EBC Brakes FA319/2HH installed at 9,881 miles. Retail: $32.51

Fresh oil: Changed at 12,053 miles at TTRNO in New Orleans after my trip (fresh oil). Oil change history: 240, 943, 3863, 6700, 9307, 12,053 miles. All oil changes came with oil filter and final gear drive oil changes as well. I've used Castrol Power RS 10W-40, Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W-40 in the engine and Mobil 1 Synthetic 75W 90 in final gear drive. Always replaced with K&N 204 oil filters, except at 9,307 mile when I used a Mobil 1 M1-108.

New rear tire: I have a new, unmounted Shinko 805 for the bike that I bought planning to install it soon. It is coming with the bike. I recommend you change the tire soon as it has about 1K miles before hitting the wear bars. Front has about 50% left. Shinkos will do 2 rears to 1 front under normal conditions. Retail - $101.76

Short levers: There are short levers installed on the bike and I have the OEM ones that come with the bike. Short levers are adjustable and ordered from the2wheels.com. Excellent product at an amazing price. Retail - $28

WorldCrosser Tank Pads & Tank Guard - Got them from YamahaGenuineParts.com. Great at preventing scratches to the tank. Retail: $71.91

Folding Shifter - I have a folding shifter installed. Forgot where I got it from, but works very well.

Touratech Brake Pedal Extension - The stock pedal is quite small. I added this removable farkle to make it bigger so I could find it better with my boots on. Retail $49.95

Cortech Super 2.0 12 Liter Magnetic Tank Bag - Unfortunately, I can't move this to my new bike as it has a plastic tank. I've had this bag for about 3 years now and still has many more to go. Overall condition is good. Retail: $109.99

Shorai LFX18A1-BS12 Extreme Rate Lithium Iron Battery - Saves a few pounds and cranks way better than the stock battery. Really happy with it. $170.95

Stock Bridgestone Battlewing Tires - Took them off at 617 miles. Plenty of tread left.

Farkle total: $2,209.07

Also available, but not included in this sale & seen in pictures here:

- SW Motech TRAX EVO Side Case racks & SW Motech TRAX EVO Side Case Kit (37L Left & 45L Right, Aluminum, no locks) $520 + Shipping
