Please do the box's future owner a favor and take the box hardware off of the bike. It's almost impossible to find it nowadays. Yamaha doesn't even offer it on their website for the "old" boxes anymore.

If/when you do this, don't forget to include the steel reinforcing brackets behind the passenger foot peg mounts!
