Hi All,
I recently got a gen2 super tenere. I was looking through accessories for added wind protection and came across the yamaha wind deflectors. I am having a hard time forking up $100 dollars for them, and have been able to 3D print pretty close mock ups. I was able to get the mounting surface right but am not sure how long and wide the piece that sticks out perpendicular from the bike is (part that does the actual deflection).
If someone has the OEM ones, can you give me an approximate L x W of that component of the deflectors? I am happy to share the STL files once I properly mock up those parts and try out on the bike to make sure they don't snap off (and could give anyone who is interested a set for cost of materials ~$5 within a day's driving distance of me).
