Shootin’ the Gap (not Deal's Gap, one way less familiar)

Alegany, my Super Tenere, toolin’ along a backway up through a gap. The mountain road undoubtedly follows a buffalo trail of old; one of those adventurous places that if you went over, likely no one would find you for weeks. Get yer bluegrass on for the sound.

Yes it would, I have CD's laying around of both those guys just couldn't remember thier names. I bought a dobro a few years back and learned to pick a few songs on it. Probably sounded like two cats mating, turns out that drummers don't necessarily make good dobro players...

Truth is my Versys had not left the stable since the Tenere came in and I had to get it out to stretch its legs a little before winter set in...or all of those other vids would have been from the seat of my Tenere.

And those roads are my kinda pavement too! Perhaps someday we'll travel such a track together. ::003::

Sounds like an excellent idea. I get down your way two or three times a year. Looks like you know many roads I have not tried. Love to have you show me some of your secret passages.

Will you be going up to Romney next spring when they do their Adventure event? No date set yet, but they want to do something to include doing an overnight (tents) back at the dealership. Trevor has been talking to Nick Sanders about possibly being there for the event. Still in the thinking phase now, but Larry and Terry appear very interested in doing it.

Romney depends on the date next spring. I am a spring gobbler finatic and not too many things get between me and chasing birds. Otherwise, I'll surely be there.

We will definitely ride in south almost heaven someday...we could even make it a camping get-together if others are interested.
