Shaft drive oil

Hi guys - greetings from the Philippines! i have recently bought a new ST and have just done the 600 mile oil change. However, Yamaha stuff is hard to find here, particularly the shaft gear oil. The only possible alternative available is Putoline SP Synthetic Gear Oil 75W-90 GL-3 GL-4 GL-5.
Would appreciate your views as to whether this is a safe option. By the way, for what its worth, riding temperatures here are nearly always 100 deg Fahrenheit plus!
