Hi. Just wanted to tell you about my experience with Sena customer service. I have a 10s unit that has worked wonderfully. Recently my right speaker has started to crackle and fail. I found that in my Shoei Neotech the ear depressions are too deep for the speakers causing the wire to be coming out of the depression at an angle to the speaker. Since this was the right side, it put the most strain on the wire. I went to the Sena site, sent them a warranty request and a copy of the receipt. Within 4 days, I had a pair of new speakers in my hands. The sent me 2 not just 1 that I had asked for. Great and responsive customer service!

This time when I reinstalled the speaker, I removed the ear covers completely and added one of the pads that comes with the systems. I think the older speakers were thicker than the new ones. Shoei needs to do some redesign work.
