Has anyone with a Sena product experienced a problem with your unit than when you answer a phone call or connect your Garmin, the right speaker goes out? I have numerous times. I tried it at home with earbuds and the same thing. While listening to streaming music, I will get a phone call or get interrupted for a direction change from the Garmin, the right speaker will cut in and out then finally out. To get it back, I just increase the volume and it fizzes and pops the the music comes back. Any one else experience something like this with their units? Thanks. Millman.

We've experienced and cleaned the dirty contacts, like verboten wrote.
You may also have knicked a wire when installing it.

Thanks, I'll try the cleaning. I'm on my 2nd set of speakers and both sets do the same. It's just strange the speaker goes out when a phone call comes in and comes back when I turn up the volume.

Since it's both of your units, you might try doing a software update too.

Something else is you might have the mount to tight and it puts the unit in a bind, not letting all of the contacts make good contact.

I had this exact issue when I swapped my SMH10 for a 20s.
