I installed the Seat Concepts which improved things in that it is wider, flatter and much easier to move around on, however, it did increase the height slightly which seems to have made the stock handlebars too low and possibly too far forward as my right wrist gets sore fairly quickly I think what I need is a set of bars that comes up about 2" and maybe back 2" with increase sweep/pullback so as to rotate my hands outward.

Note sure if increasing the pullback is absolutely needed as I didn't notice any issues with the stock seat, PT Raptor bar looks like a maybe but as near as I can tell that has less pullback than stock but at least they don't cost much if it doesn't work.

Other option might be switching to the 2014 top triple clamp so the risers can be adjusted independently - only question there is if the ignition switch will fit the new clamp as the switch and cable guide got new part numbers.

I really don't like or want spacer blocks.

There is a lot of handlebar discussion to be found/searched on this site. The fit to your ergonomics is a personal thing, but some cautionary advice is standard.
[list type=decimal]
[*]Make sure you don't exceed the cabling length. Extended cables are available. 2" up & back is probably out of stock cable length range.
[*]Make sure the control surface of the bars accommodates the S-10s grips, lever mounts, switch mounts, etc. There is a lot more stuff mounted to adventure bike bars than dirt bike bars.

Try rotating your stock bars forward a hair. When it comes to ergonomics, a lot goes a long way in terms of adjustment. You may have to loosen your controls and readjust them if this works out.

I'd be leery of your desire to INCREASE pullback. Many folks with aftermarket bars have found that reducing pullback, including myself, is the ticket. You want to open up the upper back/shoulders/wrist, not scrunch them in.

Best of luck. My standard 2" rox risers and Flexx bars have been the mutt's nuts, but I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam also rocking a Seat Concepts foam kit.

After looking around and not finding the bars I thought I needed I decided to give these Rox offset risers a go and see what happens. Installed them reversed which is up7/8" and back 1-1/8" and after a short test ride it seems to have hit the mark. After a few more rides to confirm, I think these dimensions are what I will shoot for in a bar/riser combination without adapter blocks. I've never been a fan of adapters so once I'm sure this works, I'm going to look for a set of bars to give me that or maybe convert to 2014 top clamp/risers which should offer greater flexibility.

As far as the pullback goes, before the seat change I was quite happy with the stock PB which put my wrists pretty close to a natural angle when on the grips - higher seat changed that some causing a little discomfort in the right wrist but the Rox blocks seem to have corrected things - can't see wanting less pullback, I changed my MTB bars from standard, nearly flat PB to a set of Mary Bars and it made a world of difference there too, very close to straight wrist angle.
