I noticed there is no electrical schematic in my bikes operating manual. (they used to provide that) I plan on installing the Hyper-Lite brake kit I received today. Short of pulling back wires from the lights etc. does anyone know where I can find a schematic? I know it's a rather simple job but the wiring is very tidy and and I don't want to jazz it up. :)

It's on page 8-21 for anyone with the electronic version of the service manual (I've only got the hard copy) :-[

If no one can take a snapshot of the pdf page, I'll try my best to help you out tomorrow?

He's going to need 1920x1200 resolution for that schematic to work at all ;)

Thanks for your help, but the schematic resolution is unreadable. :( I quess I'll have to buy the Service Manual . Iam sure I'll need it. I was getting anxious
to install my new lights.

I made the electronic manual available on my Skydrive. http://sdrv.ms/12UxxwD Click the link to view or download it as a .pdf. The fine print cannot be read in some area but it is a start. Consider putting installing a fuse block. I did this and can connect 6 new circuits in one place ($85). There are videos and comments on doing this and it is working great. I mounted it above and right of the battery by shaving out some of the plastic ribs in the area not doing anything. You can also insert the appropriate fuse size at this location depending on the device needs.
I now have 6 ports for constant, switched and ground in one easy to access spot for up to 30 amps of additional circuits. I'm installing:
1. USB charger for my phone
2. Ignition on power for GPS that leaves cigarette charger open
3. HID flood lights ($90 Amazon)
4. GPS tracking system for theft recovery and family follow along
5. open
6. open
