My bike runs fine with the Arrow headers and stock muffler but I didn't get my flash from AC. I got it from a tuner in the UK who spent about 5 hours of dyno time developing it. If anyone wants to contact him, here is his shop. Name is Chris Steedman.

Thanks!
Does your motor feel less bound up after the Header?
My motor feels better after the flash, but has areas that are not as smooth as I'd like and or not as linear. As well anything after 1/2 throttle dies off with only slight torque pull. I have to rotate the throttle back to the 1/8-1/3 position to get back into a power-band.
Just wondering if Headers and a Dyno Tune ECU can clear this up.

The Arrow headers definitely makes the motor breathe better and it's really noticeable from about 3,000 RPM up and especially in the higher RPMs at highways speeds. That said, it still pulled like a beast with the stock headers and if I wacked the open it'd probably flip in first and wheelie off the power in 2nd. Sounds to me like your flash is a dud. Shouldn't be like that.

Well,
I bought the bike used with 20K on it, so I'm going to replace the Air filter, plugs and oil next. I also have the Arrow Header & PC V on order.
The way you explain how your bike runs is what I'm looking for. No flipping or wheelies in current trim.

Sounds like a good idea to bring the maintenance up to date. Also sync the throttle bodies. DId the PO tell you who did the flash?

Oh no, didn't mean to mislead - Not a flash issue.
If anything the flash is making me more comfortable with twisting the throttle more.
Checked around for Dyno work and the only guy local wants $1K, next closest shop wants $450 but requires a Piggy Back ECU.
I think I'm going to try the Rabid Bike Evo out, then I can piece on add-on's as I go and it will self adjust.

You don't need all that. You just need to figure out what's causing the throttle issue, which isn't normal on a stock or flashed tenere.
