Good evening and hello from the land of Dorothy and Toto ..... good ol' KANSAS! I recently became a member and have been enjoying the talk and info available on YSTF - thnx!!

I feel like I just hit the lottery! While trying to sell my KLR 650 I found an outstanding barely broken in Raven Black Super Tenere for sale ::013::

I'm going from a wannabe to a gonna be as soon as we can close the deal ::015::

Thought about waiting until I actually had it in the garage but figured I'd jump in and share the good news now! Can't wait to get it home, loaded up and on the road ..... traveling to places where I can tell Toto " we aren't in Kansas anymore." NOT that there aren't some good rides around here ..... but I'm retired, getting back to riding again after 30+ years away from it , and ready to take this Black Beauty out for some fun adventures ::012::

I really like those painted up OEM bags! I painted mine black as well, but didn't do the red lettering. Those look great! Get a chance to come down to the Ozarks and do some riding LMK

The Aspens in Colorado are BEAUTIFUL in late September and the passes are still open.

I'll bet that the Aspens are even MORE beautiful from my S 10 ..... and I'm sure the leaves changing colors in the Ozarks back here are prettier too

My son sure is having a ball riding his KLR out there. After we moved him to Loveland in mid May I took the boss (wife) on a tour of areas she has never seen in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska.

I found many roads I need to go back and ride on my S 10 ::001:: Especially around Jackson Hole and Yellowstone .... I loved Chief Joseph Highway east out of Yellowstone and I'll bet that Bear Tooth Pass is a great ride WHEN it's open. We had a great trip going across Colorado on Hwy 40 too. In fact, the whole trip was a blast - I need to repeat it on the Super Tenere.

Maples and Oaks in the Ozarks in late October. Now that's a Plan.

WOW! It took a week longer than I wanted, but I was able to finally conclude the deal and ride away with my S10 (Raven Black ::014: at 6:00PM Thursday evening .... two days and 400+ miles later all I can say is WOW!
