My first bike was a 1975 Yamaha 650 Special II. That thing was like riding a jack hammer. The other bike in my garage is a 07 HD Ultra Classic, I bring it in once a year to have all the nuts tightened. My Tenere is fine, no problems.

The 650 Special was a great bike though! Bullet proof. Also had a Yamaha Virago and it had the same vibrations but amplified. It made it feel like you were riding a motorcycle...looked down upon by those "driving" their Goldwings to / from biscuits and gravy.

The Super T is smooth in comparison but still enough vibes to keep awake.
