I rode into Bunnell FL Sunday on my new 2013 S10 stopped and fueled up there. After fueling I rode my bike as far as I could to the edge of the lot. Stopped there sitting on my bike waiting on another rider with me and some guy comes out of the station after buying a lottery ticket, jumps in his car stomps on the gas in reverse never looks back and plows me over. He knocked me off the bike a good 10 ft broke my ribs, shatter both factory bags, damaged my bike all over I get a ride with the EMT,s to the hospital my bike gets trailer away what a hell of a way to breakin my new s10!!. Looks like at least the guy was insured, and they called me tonight wanting to make me whole again. I will keep my friends here posted. ::010::

Hope you heal up fast, bikes can be easily replaced-riders cant.. Just remember it could have been much worse, least the guy didn't roll over you once he knocked you down..

Get better fast..

Lousy deal. Hopefully you will heal quickly and be out riding in the warm sunshine very soon.

Wow, I know exactly where you were at, I live a few miles from there in Palm Coast, and was in Bunnell at our Lodge on Sunday. Glad you're alright, if I can be of any help let me know.

That sucks! Get well soon. Going up there Thursday, hope I fare better than you.

P.S. Don't tell Rasher where they're holding your bike! :D :D :D

Man that sucks. Luckily, like you said, he had insurance!

Glad he was insured. I got hit 2 years ago by an uninsured. Still fighting my own insurance company because of it.

Sorry to hear this, but damn glad you will be okay!

Their is certainly no shortage of idiot drivers in the Sunshine state. Hope you're back in the wind soon!

Oh for cryin' out loud. It's too bad that someone can't be looking out for bikes on .. bike week? ... Thanks for letting us know. Hope it turn out that you heal faster than expected, the insurance replaces the machine just in time and the driver changes his habits as a result. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
