Hi,
I ordered the Rox Risers for my 2018 ST. From what I understand, the primary difference between the pre-2014 and the later, is the length of the stem. The picture below is the ones for 2014 and later. I noticed from the pictures of the old and the new versions that the new have the threaded hole on the side. The pre-2014 versions don't. Anyone know what the hole is for? I can't fine mention of it anywhere.

Thanks for any feedback
Cheers,

It is most likely for a Ram Ball to mount....

I have a 2019 ST1200 w Rox risers they are easy to dial in to get your handlebar position just right. A few shots attached.
yes, looking forward to getting the bike back and the start of the season. It is being completely rebuilt after a pretty serious accident last May while on a trip to Scotland. I can’t straighten my left arm all the way anymore so wanted some flexibility in handlebar position.

Kemlyn, I would like to add the same risers to my 2024 ST. I've read that cable length constraints can be an issue. Did you have much trouble installing your Rox risers? Thanks!

Wonder if the threaded portion is for a piece of all thread to tie the left and right side together to reduce movement.

You can also shorten the handlebars if cables are short. Just be careful you leave room for the mounted pieces.

ROX RISERS do 2 versions for the xt1200, this is what the supplier told me below about the 2 versions its all about the lower stem on the rox riser its shorter on the gen 1 and will only fit the gen 1 , the gen 2 has and needs the longer lower stem this will fit both gen 1 and gen 2. i had gen 2 on my gen 1.

The up to 2013 will use the 1R-P2PP series. The 2014 will need the 1R-P2PPS10 as it needs the longer stem. The PPS10 will fit the earlier models but the 1R-P2PP won’t fit the later models.
