Fast delivery really is what is was for me. I ordered late Thursday and had it here in Calif just afternoon on Monday. Shipping cost was very reasonable compaired to many online vendors IMO.

I've ordered tires and various farkles from Rocky Mountain. Their service has been top shelf. Having said that, I've never had to return anything, so can't say how well they handle.
