Thought I would share my recent experience. A couple months ago, while in AZ, I bought a RiggGear tank bag from them. Soon after, the velcro strip on an inside pouch detached. I notified their warranty contacts who offered a replacement. Given the almost cosmetic nature of the defect I suggested whether there was a way to simply repair it. After contacting Rigg they suggested some rubber epoxy. RMATV refunded me the cost of the epoxy and I tried the repair. It did not hold very long. After returning to IL, I reached out to RMATV again and requested a replacement. They requested pics of the old bag destroyed, which I provided, and they immediately shipped a new bag, unfortunately to my Arizona address. As soon as I saw the shipping problem, I notified them and they processed a shipping change. While delayed, I did finally receive the bag. Today, I got an email that there has been a retroactive price reduction on the bag, and they have issued an $8 store credit. I must recommend RMATV/MC, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I always recommend these guys to everyone. Their customer service is top of the line, and on the rare occasions when an order wasn't right, they fixed it ASAP. I've been a very satisfied customer there for over a decade.

Something else to add is they not only have better prices but carry a better range of products. I am a RPM member for revzilla/cycle gear etc… and still after the rpm discount often Rocky Mountain is cheaper. The benefits for the rpm membership are still worth it as we often go to cycle gear in store to purchase gear so we can try things on in person.

Ditto. The fact that they have a warehouse/distribution center less than an hour from me that makes "standard shipping" a 2nd day/next day delivery in an added bonus.

I have gotten some messed up orders from Rocky Mountain. Each time i contacted them they made it right as soon as they could. I also had a warrenty return and they arranged it all and got my replacent to me almost before i had a chance to ship the damaged goods back. Very professional. Of course this isnt Rockymountains fault but what i hate are the lazy halfassed shipping companies now. They throw stuff off the truck in my trash on the side of the road in the ditch. Who knows where? anybody driving by can pick it up or if the trash is running it may wind up in the dump. If it is something small and is shipped by the US post office my mail lady will bring it to my house if it doesnt fit in my box. UPS and Fed Ex used to deliver to my house. Not any more. They do not have a customer complaint department either. I have tried calling both and never got any place with either.

Here's one that's almost not believable. My wife's niece did online groceries. The lady making the delivery had her kids and the family dog with her. While the kids were delivering the groceries, the dog was taking a dump in the yard. The lady opened a box of trash bags . . . . that was part of the delivery . . . . and used the trash bag to pick up the doggie-doo. I don't know where the bag o' doo went.

I made a stop in there to look at new helmets during my tour of your fine state. It was not at all what I expected, which was a big multiline dealership type operation. Instead it's a very small and limited retail shop that is heavily focused on dirt riding. Mostly oil, lube etc. I was the only bike in the parking lot the entire time I was there.
In addition to the small retail, they had a counter with 4 sales people. One of them helped me and had to set up an account and place and order to get the helmet I wanted to try. They had it but he had to go back into the much larger warehouse to get it.
Not a complaint, just noting that it was a vastly different experience than I was expecting. Kind of like the old Service Merchandise Mart for those that had them in the past.

Interesting, I didn't realize they had any retail accessibility.....just assumed it was a warehouse-only operation.

Rocky Mt is 58.5 freeway miles south of me (according to google). A much nicer route is only 73 miles and winds along the west side of Utah lake.
They have always treated me well, whether in store of mail order.
If you do visit them and don't mind spending a few miles on the freeway there are two nearby Temples that are both beautiful and worth getting a selfie in front of.....
The closest to RMATV is a LDS Temple, and is off the same exit that RCATV is at but south and east from the store. The second is off exit 253 and very easy to find.
